Then decide whether to head straight the beach or follow your nose to find freshly baked delights, amazing coffee and many brunch/lunch and dinner options at one of the many cafes or pubs at the top of the road. Rest assured, whichever way you turn you will be in mooching heaven.

There are endless, eclectic city sites to explore and an abundance of glorious nature along the South coast and on the nearby Sussex Downs. Rainy days and evenings can be easily filled with some of our favourite board games and books, and a 50" flat screen 4D TVs offer a multitude of channels to choose from. 

If you are staying with us in the cooler seasons, under floor heating provides comfortable ambient heat throughout. There's nothing better than a warm floor under cold, tired feet. In fact, why not lie down on it and you’ll be thoroughly warmed through in no time. 

Cook up memorable meals in our fully equipped kitchen using local ingredients gathered from nearby shops: Ricci's grocers, Brampton's butchers next to Fran's fromagerie, fresh baguettes, croissants and patisseries from the European style Open Bakery.  Chat to the experts at Butler’s Wine Cellar to find the perfect wine to accompany it all. For everything else there is, of course, a Co-op.  

But if you’re too cosy or tired to move, worry not, as you can order any food you may desire from across Kemptown and central Brighton for delivery.
